Costume Box was using PayPal when they encountered significant functionality issues with their existing platform, which made them shop around for an alternative provider.
CostumeBox wanted all their customers to stay on their website pages when they purchased from them.

Customer credit card data bypasses CostumeBox’s servers altogether, with eWAY managing the secure processing of the data without CostumeBox having to touch the card data at all.
Roma adds, “The eWAY team have very good Sales support. The technical Support is very good too, but I’ve not needed them so far. Everyone is so flexible and responsive”.
