We are not involved in the day-to-day operations of the businesses that use our services.
If you have recently purchased a product or service online from a business that utilises Eway as a payment processor, you will need to contact the business or website that you purchased from directly to query a charge.
If for any reason you are unable to contact the business, please contact your credit card issuer to discuss available options, including chargeback requests.
